Does a townhouse or semi work, or do I need a detached home?
Townhomes work in plenty of cases. The constraint is sky view rather than house type — a mid-block townhome with taller units on both sides can have a narrower usable cone than a detached house on the same street. We check the actual obstruction picture from your roof before recommending it, and we will tell you if the answer is no.
